Roman is currently developing compilers at Huawei. Earlier he was involved in the development of the compiler of neural networks for NPU (Neural Processing Unit) in the Russian center of Samsung R&D. He has experience in developing VLIW-optimizing compiler for Elbrus and SPARC architectures from C, C++, Fortran languages. In the process of optimizing compiler development he was involved in implementation:
- platform-dependent and platform-independent optimizations;
- zero-cost exception handling in the middle-end part of the compiler;
- sanitizers: AddressSanitizer, MemorySanitizer, LeakSanitizer, including porting of the compiler-rt library to the Elbrus platform
